We put off our kitchen for three years because we dreaded the process. They gave us one price, one schedule, and a kitchen we have not stopped cooking in since.

Good to know

Renovation questions, answered straight

The honest answers we give every homeowner at the first meeting, before any contract gets signed.

How much does a renovation cost?

Scope and finishes drive the price more than square footage. Bathrooms usually cost less than kitchens, and whole-home projects are priced room by room. After a design visit you get a fixed, line-item quote, and that number only changes if you change the plan.

How long will my project take?

Most bathroom remodels run 3 to 5 weeks and kitchens 6 to 10 weeks once materials are on hand. Whole-home renovations depend on scope, so we build a week-by-week schedule with you before work starts.

Can we live in the house during the renovation?

Usually, yes. We seal off the work zone with dust barriers, keep a clear path to the rooms you need, and clean up at the end of every day. For whole-home projects we will tell you honestly if moving out for a stretch would save you money and time.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. TN Home Improvement #HI-55028, and everyone working in your home is covered. You are welcome to verify our license before we ever start.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

We do. Willow & Oak Renovations pulls the permits, schedules the inspections, and meets the inspector on site. You will not have to chase paperwork.

What happens if you find problems behind the walls?

We stop, show you photos of what we found, and price the fix before touching it. Hidden damage happens in older homes. Surprise invoices should not.

Do we need our own designer?

No. Design is part of the job. We help you choose layouts, materials, and finishes that fit your budget, and you approve everything before we order.
